Test Automation Engineer

  • Tasks and responsibilities
    • automated testing of software applications with an emphasis on error detection in terms of functionality, usability and security of software use
    • designing an automated testing strategy
    • preparation of test analysis and creation of test cases for automation
    • script programming for automated testing
    • running automated tests and evaluating their results
    • analysis and reporting of testing errors
    • performing retesting of reported errors
    • working with test support and automation tools
    • communication and collaboration with other team members - analysts, developers and manual testers
  • Our expectation are: 
    • experience with automated testing of min. 2 years 
    • knowledge of automation frameworks such as Robot, Selenium, SoapUI,, Gauge
    • ability to communicate in English
    Will be a plus:
    • experience with the integration of automated tests into a CI / CD pipeline (eg Jenkins) 
    • knowledge of API testing tools such as SoapUI, Postman
    • ISTQB certification

    Other skills:
    Python or Java - advanced
    Selenium or Robot Framework- advanced
    SQL - advanced
    XML - advanced
    Jira - advanced
    Confluence - advanced

    Salary: from 1800€ /month (depending on experience)
    Place of work: Bratislava or remote (some of our collegues work within Slovakia or abroad )
    Type of employment: full-time, trade licence
